Dishwashing Brush

I get grossed out by soggy bread, or soggy cold cereal in my kitchen sink.  I also detest grabbing a kitchen scrubber to see mushed, melted cheese or food particles permanently stuck in the mesh of my scrubber.  Bluck.

I have discovered this brush, and love it.

  • The bristles are far enough apart, it doesn't collect food particles - it stays clean.
  • There are no 'insides' in the handle to fill with soap (always looks dirty to me).
  • It's strong - I can really scrub with it.
  • The backside has a scraper I use for my cast iron.
  • It's super cheap!

Only available at Ikea.  They are only 49 cents and come in a variety of cute colors...

But I think most of us live near an ikea.  :)

  2. I use Ikea dish brushes too! But mine has a suction cup on the end. Is this similar? Anyways, Ikea dish brushes are SO much cheaper than other places. I always stock up on them whenever I go to Ikea.
