SignUp Genius
If you're ever in charge of volunteers or donations for an event, SignUp Genius is the best free website I have found. It is easy to create your event, it sends email reminders for you, people can swap slots if they need, and you can run reports about your signup. My kids even use it to do their swimming lesson signups (they can require a PayPal payment). I use it for class parties, church events, family events, science fair, etc.

I was JUST looking for a good site a couple weeks ago to create a sign up sheet for a sister in our ward having a baby with health challenges. We wanted an online signup for babysitting help and meals. Thanks for the recommendation. I'll pass it on!
